Health and dis-ease can be related to the flow or lack of flow of our energetic systems. Through modalities that support the free flow of energy we can feel better physically, mentally and emotionally. Discover what I offer:

  • Sound therapy utilizes specialized instruments and techniques to create a therapeutic environment that encourages relaxation, reduces stress and facilitates the body’s natural healing processes.

  • Bio-energetic testing can help identify information the body needs to return to its normal and optimal state of functioning. It involves the use of specialized equipment and personalized tinctures to identify and address imbalances in the body's energy fields.

Sound Therapy

Sounds effect us. Soft falling raindrops and blaring car horns elicit very different reactions…physically, mentally and emotionally. Sound therapy utilizes specially-made instruments, played at varying tones and vibrational frequencies to initiate a deeply immersive, full-body listening experience that can be both calming as well as energizing, depending on your goals and intentions for the session. I use a combination of Tibetan sound bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, tuning forks, chimes, and drums. In 1:1 sessions, you sit or lie down comfortably with bowls and tuning forks placed on the body, while other instruments are played around the body.

Bio-Energetic Testing

Energy fields are assessed using bio-resonance technology, called Qest4. It’s not looking for medical or chemical values, but rather for missing information - a disruption in the flow of energy that may be creating to an issue. The assessment includes a detailed report and consultation and will include a schedule of recommended tinctures and supplements to help restore your body’s natural ability to function as it was originally designed.

Personalized Tinctures

Personalized tinctures are made using highly specific information selected from your bio-energetic testing which is imprinted into a medium called a tincture. The personalized tincture acts like a software program for the body to receive information that can reestablish restorative energy patterns in the body.

Tincture bottles range in price - $15 (1oz), $25 (2oz), $40 (4oz) with 5-7 tinctures being a common number of tinctures for a 4-6 week protocol.

I also offer high quality supplements to support the body’s natural healing capaabilities. Costs for supplements vary.

My journey into energy work

Hello, I’m Jenifer, the owner of Raised Vibrations. I’m also a wife, mother, sister, daughter and forever-learner! After retiring in 2018 from a wonderful career in Corporate, I became a Certified Natural Health Professional, completed Bio-Energetic training and received a diploma in Sound Healing.

I’m a very long-time client of energy work, first experiencing this modality of wellness after my first child was born, and not having the birth experience I had planned. As I struggled with disappointment and sadness, a friend recommended I see a practitioner who worked on balancing the body’s energy fields - physical, emotional and mental. This resonated with me because I knew that I needed to work on my whole self to get back on my feet. And for a period of about 20 years I benefited from energy work, empowering myself and my family to achieve a greater sense of wellness through natural health modalities. When my practitioner announced she was retiring, she planted the seed that I should become a natural health practitioner myself. I didn’t know if I could transition from client to practitioner, or from corporate work to energy work. So I sat on it for a few years until my husband’s job took us to Indiana, I left my career, and I jumped back into learner-mode!

In 2020 I graduated from Indiana’s Trinity School of Natural Health, was certified by Qest4 in bio-energetic testing in 2021, and was awarded my diploma for sound healing from the Sound Healing Academy in the UK in 2023. My goal with every client is to show them how to incorporate energy work into their wellness journeys and take back some power over their health.
